About

I've always been the person people turned to. Different people, different problems, different solutions: What should I do next? How do I convince my manager? How do I solve that conflict? Mentoring isn't something I "started" — it's part of how I move through the world. For years, I doubted if I was good enough to make it my work. Until I realized: you don't need yet another diploma to help someone. Sometimes it's enough to be one step ahead — and offer the step you know.

One step at a time. That's how transformation happens.

The turning point:

My own struggles shaped the way I guide others. For me, feeling safe and accepted was essential — and having someone who could make sense of the messy, emotional, illogical loops of my mind. The real breakthrough came when I experienced what I had always given others: someone listening deeply, holding space, and asking questions that made me untangle my own story. That kind of patience and attention accelerated my transformation in ways I didn't think possible. Now, that's what I offer back. Respect for your process — even if it looks nothing like mine. Space to breathe. A soundboard for your thoughts. And the reassurance that you are not alone.

How people feel:

Before:

overwhelmed, stuck, doubting, juggling too many things or unsure of what they even want.

After:

calmer, clearer, more themselves. They know their next step. They feel supported — and, when needed, challenged.

What I believe:

I believe everyone has the ability to change — but it starts with choosing yourself. You can't always control what happens outside. But you can always influence yourself. Step by step, things shift. If I can do it, so can you.

A note on energy:

Alongside mentoring, I've also trained as a healer. Energy work is sometimes part of the process — helping you shift not only your perspective, but also the deeper patterns behind it. For some, that means insight and clarity. For others, it's the missing piece that allows real change to take root.
